Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

GritWorks Car Care is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our support team. We will do our best to assist with the investigation.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping packaging

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary by location.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
