We stand behind the quality of every GritWorks product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products returned without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
